Life Science News – Sun flame erupted on Tuesday morning (June 07, 2011). Uniquely, the eruption didn’t spout the flame to space, but returned it to the Sun, so the flame looked like a rain that formed a crown.
Jack Ireland, a researcher of NASA, claimed to have never seen anything like this before. The eruption size was medium, but the plasma which was thrown by flame called filament could be 10 times the Earth’s size.
